Symbolic's Chrome extension is one of the easiest ways to import research from the web into a Project or into your Library. Here's what you'll need to do:

1. While using the Chrome browser, within a project, in Research, click on "Import"

   

   
   

2. You'll see a purple banner outlining how to install the Chrome extension, click it.

   

   
   

3. Click here, or on the link in the modal. Follow instructions to install the Symbolic Ai Chrome extension. You'll also find a generated API key — copy this, you'll need it later.

   

   
   

4. Click on the puzzle icon in your browser, and the click on the pin icon to pin the Symbolic extension to your browser header. This makes it easier to find later.

   

   
   

5. Click on the Symbolic logo icon to to open the extension. Paste in the API key you copied earlier to connect the extension to your Symbolic account.

   

   
   

6. Go to a webpage that you'd like to import to a Project, and click on the Symbolic extension. Select the Project you'd like to send the research to, and click "Send to Project." You can also send to your Library.

   

   
   

7. You'll find the new piece of research that you just imported in the Research grid in your Project
